1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using World Vibrant Premier League (WVPL), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including students, parents, and administrators.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person may only maintain one active account
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms

3. Educational Purpose

WVPL is an educational platform designed to make learning engaging through gamification. All game elements including runs, wickets, and rankings are based on academic performance and quiz scores. The platform is intended to supplement formal education, not replace it.

4. User Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

• Share account credentials or allow others to use their account
• Use cheats, hacks, or automated systems to manipulate scores
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

5. Parental Consent

Users under the age of 13 must have parental consent to use the platform. Parents can create linked accounts to monitor their children progress and assign learning materials. Parents are responsible for supervising their children use of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, and software on WVPL are the property of Adnibog Systems or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

WVPL and Adnibog Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
