How do I reset my password?

Go to the Forgot Password page and enter your email address. We will send you a password reset link.

How can parents link to their child account?

Parents can create a parent account and use the "Link Child" feature. Enter your child username to establish the connection. The child will be able to see assigned graphs and motivational messages.

What are Runs and how are they calculated?

Runs are points earned based on quiz performance. Each correct answer earns runs proportional to the difficulty level. Higher accuracy and faster completion times earn bonus runs.

How do I join a team?

Go to the Teamspage to view available teams. Click on "Join Team" for your preferred franchise. You can also change teams from your profile page.

Why are my quiz scores not updating?

Scores typically update immediately after completing a quiz. If you notice a delay, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If the issue persists, contact support with your username and match details.

Can I change my team after joining?

Yes! Go to your Profile page and click on your current team name to open the team selection modal. Select a new team and confirm the change.

How do Power-Ups work?

Power-Ups are earned by achieving milestones: Double Run (50+ runs in a match), No Wicket Shield (not losing wickets), and Time Boost (maintaining high strike rate). They can be used during matches for advantages.

When reporting a technical issue, please include the following information to help us resolve it faster:

  • Your username and account type (Student/Parent)
  • Browser and device you are using
  • Description of the issue with steps to reproduce
  • Screenshots if applicable
  • Time when the issue occurred
